Driscoll Potatoes, Inc. was established in 1983 when Wally Driscoll searched for a better way to market his own potatoes. After purchasing the potato warehouse in American Falls, ID the Driscoll Potato team began to pack and market Idaho fresh potatoes grown by Driscolls and other local growers.

Driscoll Potatoes, Inc. cleans, sorts, sizes, packs, and ships multiple varieties of fresh potatoes across the United States by truck and by rail car to restaurants and supermarkets.

Over the years Driscoll Potatoes has worked in partnership with Driscoll Brothers and other local farmers by offering different color and varieties of potatoes to become more diverse and expand into various market segments.
